Torre de Palma Rosé 2022: Wine from two red grape varieties in a Sustainable Production system: Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Manual harvesting and soft pressing in order to obtain a light pink color. Aged for 6 months in tank. Fruity aroma with notes of raspberry and currant.
Torre de Palma Reserva White 2021: Manual harvest of Portuguese grape varieties in a Sustainable Production system: Arinto, Antão Vaz and Alvarinho. Fermentation in French oak barrels and cement tanks, and 6 months aging in sur lies barrels. Lime aroma, excellent acidity and balance that reflects the microclimate of Alto Alentejo and the great wines of this region.
Torre de Palma Blend Red 2020: Manual harvest and foot treading in small pink marble lakes of Estremoz. Wine from Portuguese grape varieties in the Sustainable Production system: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
