1. Shipping Costs

In addition to the prices shown on the products, the respective shipping costs are added to each order, which are calculated based on the cost of packaging and the cost of transport. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, dimensions and the respective delivery destination. The total value of shipping costs will be automatically calculated when placing your order in the Online Store.

The factors in this calculation may vary and change without notice.

2. Shipment of orders

For orders to be sent to the requested address, the shipping option must be chosen:National Shipping (deliveries in Mainland Portugal and Islands) or International Shipping (deliveries in the European Union).

Estimated delivery times after shipment

The customer should take into account that the shipping deadlines foreseen in the Online Store are estimated deadlines that may change without notice.

The estimated delivery times after order dispatch are:

- Between 2 to 5 working days for mainland Portugal

- Between 4 to 15 working days for Madeira and Azores

- Between 4 to 15 working days for European Union countries

3. Shipping and Delivery

Torre de Palma is not responsible for delays in delivery of the order unrelated to its performance, such as failures in the services of the contracted transport company or absence of the customer at the time of receiving the delivery.

After the shipment of the order, Torre de Palma will contact the customer via email informing that it was dispatched and providing the contact details of the transport company contracted for the shipment.

If for any reason the customer does not receive the shipping confirmation, he must contact Torre de Palma, through one of the contacts below, so that this information can be sent again.

After the shipment notification, customers will be able to monitor the transport of their order through access to the platform provided by the contracted transport company. Torre de Palma is not responsible for notifying the customer of each change in shipping status.

With the order you will always follow the respective product transport guide.

All products sent by Torre de Palma must be checked upon delivery.

If the customer finds that the order is damaged or that any of the items is not in conformity, he must return it immediately to the transport company, duly justifying the reason for the return on the carrier's delivery note. The customer must also immediately notify Torre de Palma by e-mail shop@torredepalma.com, indicating the order number or the number of the transport ticket that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all articles , so that the process of investigating the occurrence is opened internally and the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

4. International Shipping

Torre de Palma sends to the countries of the European Union.

If the country for which you want to place your order is not on our list, contact us at: shop@torredepalma.com so that we can evaluate the possibility of making the shipment.

Torre de Palma is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the customers' responsibility to seize the respective orders, as well as to pay possible customs fees. In case of return of customs products, Torre de Palma will only refund the respective amount to the returned products.
