Manual harvesting and grape stomping in small lagares of pink marble from Estremoz. Wine produced exclusively with Portuguese grape varieties in a Sustainable Production System. The varieties are: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Ages for 12 months in French oak barrels. Very charming wine, with notes of small black fruits and pepper. Pairs with Wagyu beef tenderloin with sautéed vegetables, "Lagareiro" codfish or pizza 4 formaggi.
