Coro das Musas is part of a vast set of mosaics from the Roman villa of Torre de Palma, which paved the triclinium, the noble room of the house. As a caption it is inscribed SCOPA ASPRA TESSELLAM LEDERE NOLI. VTERI FELIX, "Don’t ruin the mosaic with a broom that is too rough, good luck”, an appeal from the mosaicist masters ans homeowners to be careful with such beautiful and sensitive work. More than one thousand years later, on this same floor, we pay tribute to everyone who manufactured this wine, also, fot the care and affection that the lessons of our ancients left us. It was harvested and selected by hand, stepped on foot in Estremoz marble lagares and vinified in traditional ceramic clay pot, where it aged for 1 year.
