Manual harvest and foot treading in small pink marble ponds of Estremoz. Wine made from Portuguese grape varieties under the Sustainable Production System: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. A very charming wine, with notes of small black fruits and pepper. It pairs well with Wagyu beef loin with sauteed vegetables, codfish à lagareiro or 4-cheese pizza.
