Wine from two red grape varieties in a Sustainable Production system:Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Manual harvest and soft pressing in order to obtain a light pink color. Deposit of 6 months. Fruity aroma with notes of cherry and wild strawberries. A very elegant, fine wine with vibrant acidity. Production limited to 4000 bottles and 68 Magnum bottles. Pairs with tomato rice with fried mackerel, Alentejo gazpacho or sushi.
