3rd ADIAFA – Harvest Festival Closing Ceremony

As the harvest draws to a close, it is time to celebrate Adiafa, the festival that marks the end of the harvest and brings family, friends and the team together around the table.
“Adiafa” is an old Alentejo expression referring to the thank-you meal offered to the workers after the harvest is complete. In Torre de Palma, the tradition has evolved into an open festival that celebrates the end of the harvest and introduces visitors to the new wines being prepared in the winery.
We celebrate this moment with a journey through the traditions of the Alentejo, featuring wine, gastronomy, music and the memory of the customs that form part of our identity.

5.30 pm Welcome reception for guests with a tasting of the 2026 harvest musts, hosted by winemaker Pedro Sanches de Baêna
6.45 pm Sunset at the top of the Tower with 360° views, accompanied by Torre de Palma wine
7.30 pm Musical performance by the Grupo das Pedrinhas de Arronches
8.00 pm Outdoor barbecue with live cooking of Alentejo tapas and unlimited Torre de Palma wines
9.00 pm Live music with Victor Noruegas
