Olive oil with an intense aroma of fresh fruit and flowers, with hints of green apple, given by the profile of the Galega olives. On the palate it's round, dense and sweet-tasting, but slightly spicy. Ideal for eating raw, seasoning salads, boiled vegetables and grilled fish. Varieties: Galega and Cobrançosa olives.
Multifloral honey from the spontaneous flora of the Alto Alentejo, extracted from honeycombs by centrifugation. Can naturally crystallize at low temperatures, 250 gr.
