An exclusive wine designed with two of the most iconic Portuguese grape varieties in a Sustainable Production System: Arinto and Alvarinho. Manual harvesting and fermentation in used Burgundy barrels where it aged for 6 months. Citric, dry and mineral aroma. Excellent acidity and salinity due to its proximity to the Serra de São Mamede. Production of 2400 numbered bottles. Pairs with grilled Prawns, natural oysters and al pesto pasta.
